Our company was established in Ankara on November 12, 2008, to provide real estate valuation services.

At the time of establishment, the company’s registered name was Değer Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi. However, on August 5, 2013, its legal structure was changed in accordance with the relevant legislation to provide services directly to individuals, institutions, and organizations receiving real estate valuation services, and the company name was changed to Değer Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi.

Our company, Değer Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., was included in the “Board List” in November 2013 pursuant to Communiqué Series VIII, No. 35 of the Capital Markets Board. Under Decision No. 5781 dated March 27, 2014, issued by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Board, our company was authorized, within the scope of Article 11 of the Regulation on the Authorization and Activities of Institutions Providing Valuation Services to Banks, to provide banks with valuation services for real estate, real estate projects, and rights and benefits attached to real estate.

Following the approval processes of the Capital Markets Board and the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, the company’s fully paid-in capital is TRY 1,000,000.
